Attorney Frank Molfetta
Personal Injury
Frank Molfetta is an attorney with nearly 15 years of legal experience as a litigator. He handles personal injury matters for Bhatt Law Group. Frank also has significant experience in insurance coverage matters, labor & employment litigation, and professional malpractice.
Most of Frank’s experience was earned on the dark side, representing insurance carriers in coverage disputes in the homeowners, commercial property, financial lines, general liability, and directors and officers’ liability fields. Frank also spent 6-years in-house, working directly for insurance carriers adjusting employment practices claims (e.g. discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination), professional liability claims, and directors and officers’ claims.
Frank made the switch to the light side because he has a deep-seated interest in helping accident victims obtain justice and compensation for their injuries. Representing insurance carriers never felt right to Frank. He now hopes to utilize his extensive knowledge of the insurance industry to obtain justice for injury victims.
Frank is an aggressive negotiator and litigator who does everything in his power to maximize his clients’ compensation. Frank loves tackling complex issues and using the power of the law as leverage to obtain the best results for his clients.
Frank grew up on Long Island before making his way to the University of Delaware for his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He returned to New York to attend St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review, a prestigious honor reserved for the top writers and students in each class year, graduating in 2011.
Frank lives in Newark, NJ with his wife, 2 dogs, and a kitten that walked into his house one day. He has always felt at home in Jersey, as he is a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen and the New Jersey Devils. Frank is also a diehard St. John’s basketball fan. He co-hosts the Eye on the Storm podcast, the most-listened to St. John’s basketball podcast. When he’s not at Carnesecca Arena or Madison Square Garden catching a Johnnies game he is usually on the golf course, at the poker table, catching an emo concert, or grabbing a craft beer.
